The long drum roasting really delivers—this is my first cup and the strength is perfect, smooth and bold without that sharp bite. The nougat note comes through subtly on the finish, makes it dangerously easy to drink black.
I’ve been craving a strong morning cup that doesn’t leave my stomach churning, and this one hits that spot perfectly—the long drum roast really brings out that nutty nougat sweetness without any sharp bite. I’m already on my second bag, and it’s become my go-to for slow weekend brews.
The drum roasting really keeps the acidity low, so I get that strong kick without any sour bite. The nut and nougat notes come through nicely on the finish, making it smooth enough to drink black every morning.
