The drum roasting really comes through—this brew has that deep, rounded body without any sharp bite, and the acidity stays gentle even as it cools. I’ve tried it as both a morning pour-over and a rich French press, and it holds its character beautifully in both.
The balanced acidity is exactly what I hoped for—smooth enough for my morning cup but with enough depth to keep things interesting. My French press brew came out rich and full-bodied, no bitterness at the end. This bag won’t last long.
The drum roasting really comes through—this is the smoothest full-bodied cup I've had in months, and the subtle acidity lets the flavor linger without any sharp bite. I've been brewing it in my French press every morning and it's consistently balanced from the first sip to the last.
