Espresso Naturaleza - organic & fairtrade (whole bean)

Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was thick and gorgeous — that subtle acidity really balances the dark chocolate finish. The roast feels like it was done with actual patience, not rushed like most bags I grab. Already looking at the fairtrade label as a plus since I'll be reordering.
