Confianza-kaffe är ett helbönkaffe, ekologiskt och rättvisemärkt, som har rostats med särskild omsorg. Det erbjuder en fyllig smak med subtil syrlighet, kompletterad med en kryddig ton och nötig arom.
The acidity is just right—mellow enough that I can drink it black without wincing, but it still wakes up my mug with that spicy kick. Whole bean means my grinder gets a workout, and the fairtrade angle makes the morning ritual feel a bit better.
The nutty aroma is exactly what I hoped for, and the full body holds up beautifully in a French press. There's a gentle spice kick at the end that makes the subtle acidity feel balanced, not sharp. This is the bag I keep going back to.
The nutty aroma is what sold me—it fills the kitchen the moment the grinder starts, and the full body holds up beautifully in a pour-over. Fairtrade certification and that subtle acidity make this my new morning staple.
