Vårt kaffe från skonsam långtidsrostning i trumma är precis din grej om du gillar det starkt – men utan för mycket syra. Med subtila toner av nöt och nougat blir varje kopp en kaffeupplevelse.
The long drum roast really delivers—bold and full-bodied, yet it stays smooth with barely any bite. I’m tasting that nougat note right at the end of each sip, and it’s turned my morning routine into something I actually look forward to.
Opened the bag this morning and the nut and nougat notes hit right away, even before brewing. It's strong but not sour on my tongue, which is exactly what I've been chasing for months. This is my new daily go-to for sure.
The drum roasting really pays off—smooth and bold without that sharp acidic bite, exactly what I wanted for my morning brew. That nutty nougat note lingers nicely in the aftertaste, making even a plain black cup feel like a treat.
