몬테 피노 (홀빈)

Brewed a pot this morning and the mildness really lets the sweetness come through without any bitterness. It's the kind of coffee that makes you slow down and actually enjoy the sip, exactly what I needed.

The fruit note is so subtle it barely registers until the cup cools, and that’s exactly what makes it work for slow mornings. I keep coming back to this one when I don’t want anything loud.

Exactly the kind of coffee I needed for slow weekend mornings — the mildness is spot on, and that subtle sweetness carries through every sip without ever feeling heavy. Ground a fresh batch this morning and the gentle fruit hint made the whole kitchen smell inviting.
