블랙 마사이 (분쇄)

I brewed this expecting just another dark roast, but the rhubarb note genuinely surprised me—it's tangy and bright underneath that deep hazelnut warmth. Ground it fine for my pour-over and the aroma filled the whole kitchen like a campfire in the savannah.

The rhubarb note is what got me—it’s tart and unexpected, but it mellows into something really smooth with the hazelnut. I’ve been brewing this every morning and the smell alone takes me somewhere else. Ground it fine for my French press and it’s been perfect.
