몬테 디카페인 - 디카페인 (홀빈)

The cocoa and honey notes really come through in the pour-over I made last night, and it’s my new go-to when I want a full-bodied cup without lying awake. Smooth from start to finish, even the last sip stayed gentle.

I grabbed these for after-dinner brews and honestly, the honey sweetness carries through the whole cup just as described, without any of that bitter edge. Mellow enough to sip an hour before bed and still drift off easily.

The cocoa note really comes through smooth, and it’s got that honey sweetness that lingers just enough. I brewed a mug at 10 p.m. and slept like a baby—finally a decaf that doesn’t taste like punishment.
