Oat bar - chocolate, apple & strawberries

The fruit pieces are actually visible and chewy, not just a hint of flavor, which makes each bite feel like a proper snack. It’s my go-to when I’m out on a hike and need something that doesn’t crumble everywhere.

It's saved me on more than one long afternoon when I needed something quick and satisfying. The way the chocolate melts into the chewy oats while the strawberries add a little tartness is exactly what I want from a bar.

The texture is spot-on—chewy but not sticky, and the strawberry bits add a nice little tart pop against the chocolate. I grabbed one on my way out the door this morning and it actually held me over until lunch without me eyeing the vending machine.
