Nuts & Raisin Bar

Took one on a long hike yesterday and it held up way better than loose trail mix, no crumbs at the bottom of my bag. The raisin-to-nut ratio is spot on, sweet but not sticky, and it actually kept me going until lunch. This bar format is perfect for tossing in a work bag or glovebox.

My whole desk drawer is basically a graveyard of half-eaten snacks, but this bar didn't stand a chance. The raisins are properly plump and the nuts give it a satisfying crunch that actually holds up to a busy afternoon. It’s the only thing I’ve thrown in my bag this week that didn’t end up as crumbs

I’m someone who usually ends up with crumbly trail mix all over my bag, so having this same nutty, fruity combo pressed into a solid bar is a huge win. The raisins stay soft and the nuts give it just enough crunch.
