I tossed a handful into my salad and another into a batch of brownies, and they held their bright green pop in both. The kernels stay crunchy even after baking, which is exactly what I wanted for mixing.

The color is unreal—these kernels are actually that vivid green, not the dull ones I'm used to. I've been tossing them into salads and a sweet trail mix, and they stay crunchy and fresh every time.

Opened the bag expecting the usual pale kernels, but these are almost jewel-toned, a vivid green that makes my pesto look way more expensive than it is. They hold up nicely whether I toss them into a salad or just snack on them straight from the bag.
