Californian pistachios - roasted & salted

Cracked open a bag while watching a movie and couldn't stop at just one handful—the salt crystals are perfectly coarse and cling to each nut without being overwhelming. These have that satisfying snap when you bite, not stale or rubbery like some other roasted brands I've tried.

The roasting is spot on—deep, toasty flavor that makes the salt taste like it was meant for them. I've already blown through the bag in two sittings, they're that dangerously crunchy.

These cracked open so easily and the salt level is just right—not too heavy, but enough to make you keep reaching for another one. The roast is deep and nutty, exactly what I hoped for from a California grower. Already on my second bag this week.
