These have that deep, concentrated sweetness you only get from tomatoes dried in real sun, and the texture is chewy without being tough. I've been chopping them into salads and pasta all week, and one bag won't last me long.
Opened the bag and the smell hit me like a tiny burst of sunshine — these really do taste like they were dried right on the vine. Chewy, a little sweet, and I've already thrown them into two pastas and a salad this week.
I wasn't expecting the bag to feel this heavy with flavor, but one bite of these chewy, sun-packed tomatoes and I was hooked. They're perfect for tossing into pasta or just snacking straight from the bag, and that deep, concentrated sweetness is unreal.
