The nutty aroma hits you right when you open the bag, and the finish has that warm, spicy kick that makes a morning cup feel like a real ritual. Acidity is there but so gentle it doesn't bite, just rounds everything out. This is my new go-to for pour-overs.

I’ve been buying organic coffee for years and this one nails the balance—the nutty aroma comes through without any bitterness, and the subtle acidity actually makes it easier to drink black. Fairtrade pricing is a nice bonus, too.

The spicy note is what stands out for me, it’s not too sharp but gives the cup a nice warmth. I’ve been using it in my French press every morning and the full body really holds up even when it cools down a bit.
