De förvandlar varje rätt till en varm hälsning från Fjärran Östern: våra russin ger couscous värme, djup till taginer och en touch av sötma till sallader. Alltid en resa bortom tallrikens kant!
Tossed a handful into a simple couscous and the whole pot suddenly tasted like a proper North African meal, plump and naturally sweet. They kept their softness even after cooking, which I wasn't expecting. My salad’s been getting the same treatment all week.
Plumped these into a weeknight tagine and the sweetness melted right into the sauce, giving it that warm, deep comfort I usually only get from a long simmer. They’re soft and juicy, not dry at all, and they made the whole kitchen smell like something special.
The sweetness they bring to a simple couscous is exactly what the description promises—it’s like the dish suddenly has a warm, spiced depth. I tossed a handful into a salad too and that touch of sugar balanced the vinegar perfectly.
