The pleasantly sweet aroma that emanates when you open the packaging conjures up fairground feelings and memories: made-up clowns, decorated carousels, colorful stalls and, not to forget, the roasted, still warm nuts pass before your inner eye.
The bag barely lasted two days in our house—we kept grabbing handfuls straight from the package. That warm, fairground-style roasted smell really does hit you the second you tear it open, and the seeds have just the right crunch without being too salty.
I wasn’t expecting the sweet, roasted smell to be this strong—it hit me the second I tore open the bag, and suddenly I’m back at the county fair. These have that perfect crackly crunch that makes you reach for another handful before you’ve even finished the first.
The aroma when you open the bag is pure nostalgia, like walking past a fairground stall. I’ve already eaten half the bag in one sitting because they’re that moreish, and the roasted sweetness really comes through in every bite.
