Cashew nuts

These nuts are dangerously snackable straight from the bag, but they really shine in my banana bread – they added a rich, buttery crunch that took it to another level. I've already gone through two bags in a week just for baking.

Opened the bag and was genuinely surprised by how fresh and perfectly roasted these are. I threw a handful into a batch of banana bread and the crunch held up beautifully even after baking. These are dangerously snackable.

They’re dangerously snackable right out of the bag, but I’ve also been tossing a handful into muffin batter and the nutty crunch takes everything up a notch. Each kernel tastes noticeably fresher than the supermarket packs I’m used to.
