These seeds are honestly the crunchiest I've found, they hold up beautifully in a salad dressing without getting soggy. The mix feels very fresh and adds that gourmet touch to my lunch bowls.
Sprinkled these over my morning yogurt and the texture was just right—not too hard, not too soft. They've got that subtle earthy flavor that makes you feel properly nourished, and a little goes a long way in adding crunch to a salad too.
Sprinkled these over my morning salad and the texture held up beautifully, adding that nutty crunch without getting soggy. The mix feels genuinely fresh and the flavor isn't overpowering, so it works with both sweet and savory dishes. Definitely a pantry staple for me now.
