I was a little taken aback by the price jump at checkout, but after one bite of these tender, soft apricots, I completely get it. They're genuinely moist and melt-in-your-mouth good, not tough or chewy like most dried ones I've tried.
These are the first dried apricots I've found that are actually tender all the way through, not just chewy on the outside. The texture really does live up to the "soft" in the name, and the taste is that perfect sweet-tart balance. Even with the higher price, I'll be ordering another bag.
The price hike stung a bit, but these apricots are worth every penny if you crave that melt-in-your-mouth texture. I’ve already gone through half the bag in one sitting because they’re just that tender and sweet.
