Kacang mete kari

Poured these into a bowl during a work break and suddenly the whole office smelled amazing—that curry blend is seriously fragrant and the cashews stay crunchy right down to the last handful.

The crunch on these is just right—not too hard, not too soft—and the curry coating clings to every kernel instead of dusting off in the bag. I grabbed the bag for a mid-afternoon snack and finished it way faster than I planned.

The curry blend is perfectly balanced—warm spices without being overpowering, and every kernel has that satisfying crunch. I grabbed these for an afternoon snack and they've completely replaced my usual boring almonds.
