I’ve been craving a strong morning cup that doesn’t leave my stomach churning, and this one hits that spot perfectly—the long drum roast really brings out that nutty nougat sweetness without any sharp bite. I’m already on my second bag, and it’s become my go-to for slow weekend brews.
The drum roasting really keeps the acidity low, so I get that strong kick without any sour bite. The nut and nougat notes come through nicely on the finish, making it smooth enough to drink black every morning.
