The long drum roasting really comes through in the depth of the cup—it's smooth and full-bodied without any harsh bite. I've been brewing it in my French press every morning and the subtle acidity keeps it interesting without overwhelming the richness. Exactly the balance I was hoping for.

The acidity is just right—noticeable enough to keep things interesting but never sharp, and the full body makes it work black or with milk. I've been brewing it in my French press every morning and the balance is honestly perfect for a daily cup.

The gentle long-term drum roasting really comes through in the smoothness—my morning cup has that deep, full body without any harsh bite. The subtle acidity keeps it lively on the tongue, and it’s been my go-to for slow weekend sipping.
