The crema holds its tiger-striping long after the pour, and that drum-roasted depth keeps the aftertaste smooth instead of bitter. It's become my weekend-morning ritual with the moka pot.
I’ve been chasing a truly velvety crema for years, and this bean finally delivers it—the long-term roasting brings out a deep, rounded sweetness that lingers long after the last sip. Even my morning cortado feels like a café treat now, and the grind is consistently fine with zero clumping.
I pulled my first shot this morning and the crema was so thick it clung to the cup for a full minute. The long drum roast gives it that deep, rounded sweetness that lingers long after the last sip, and there's no sharp bitterness at all. Definitely my new go-to for a velvety flat white.
