Mandlové kousky s matchou

The matcha flavor is subtle enough that the white chocolate and crunchy almonds still shine through, which is exactly what I wanted. I've already eaten half the bag in one sitting, they're dangerously snackable.

I was skeptical about white chocolate and matcha together, but the crunchy almonds give it a nice texture that keeps me reaching for another handful. The matcha flavor is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower, and the bag didn't last two days in my house.

The balance is spot on—the matcha hits just enough to cut through the sweetness, and the almond crunch gives it a nice bite. I've already finished the bag in two sittings, which says everything.
