That spicy kick is exactly what my morning routine was missing—it lingers just enough to keep things interesting without overpowering the nutty base. The beans are roasted long enough that the body feels genuinely full, and even my cheap machine pulls a thick, velvety shot from them.
The crema on this one is genuinely velvety, almost like it was layered by hand, and that spicy kick lingers just long enough after the sip to keep you interested. It's my new go-to for a slow afternoon shot, and the nutty notes come through even in a milk drink.
Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was so thick it looked like caramel. The nutty notes are smooth, but that spicy finish lingers just right without being harsh. Definitely my new go-to for a slow morning.
