The little sneeze joke in the listing made me laugh, and the seeds themselves are plump and fresh with a nice mild crunch. I’ve been sprinkling them on yogurt every morning and they soak up liquid just right, no clumping.

Tossed a handful into my overnight oats and the texture stayed perfectly crunchy even by lunch. The seeds soaked up liquid without turning into a gluey mess, which has been my problem with cheaper brands. Bag reseals tight enough that I don't worry about staling halfway through.
