Valioso coffee - organic & fairtrade (ground)

I've been trying different fairtrade coffees and this one has a really nice balanced acidity without being too sharp. The caramel note comes through smoothly in the morning brew.

The citrus and chocolate notes come through perfectly without being overpowering, and the acidity is just bright enough to wake me up. Makes a clean, smooth cup every time.
